Return & Refund Policy
Each item of clothing is handprinted so a lot of care is taken to provide a high-quality print and item here at Linear, but we are human so understand there may be rare occasions where the item is not up to standard.
We will provide a refund or replacement if your Linear Merch item is damaged or faulty.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind so please choose carefully.
We provide Size Charts on each products page which are expected to be followed by the customer so the wrong size is not purchased, please note each top is made to order. In the event the wrong size is chosen, please email us within 60 minutes of purchasing the item to cancel the order.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
RETURN GUIDELINES:
If you have received an item of clothing which is damaged or faulty please email us at rob@lineartattoo.com within 30 days of the purchase date but preferably within 5 days of receiving the item.
Please include the order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage/fault so we can assess.
We will endeavour to reply to you as quickly as possible with a solution.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way by the customer.
Please note return postage will be paid for by the customer.
